Can't access F11 Recover

Hi,

My problem is that when i try to boot to F11 Recovery Manager i get the "error 0xc0000225" message.

Here is how my partitions look -

As you can see i have the Recovery partition there, it is actually 17.5GB in actual size.

Here is a what the Recovery (D) folder looks like -

In the "HP Recovery Manager" it also says on the left "Disabled: Recovery partition is removed" but on the right side it actually allows me to remove it, which doesn't make sense, this image will show you what i mean -

I actually do have the Recovery Media on a USB in which i created from this very drive, i can boot the PC from the USB which then gives me options to factory restore etc.

The whole point is that i want this to work without reverting back to the recovery USB, is there any way at all to repair this?

Thanks
