I have a Gateway laptop which goes to a black screen once you enter login password. The only thing I can do is ctrl/alt/delete and get to task manager. I also found that I have no wifi; no internet. I'm not sure what to do since there is a black screen I can't get to anything. I've tried all of the Function keys but haven't found anything that works. Thanks!
