Windows 8.1 Store not connecting to Internet but other applications can

Dears,
I have just today installed a fresh copy of Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64 on formatted CD (Full fresh installation not upgrade from any previous version of windows), I have installed Office, MS project, and some browsers only, and full updates that took quite sometime.

Since installation whenever I access Store it gives me the following message:
"your PC isn't connected to the Internet. To use the Store, connect to the Internet and then try again".

The computer can access the internet in all other applications, including the store tile I find applications flipping all the time, but once clicked I receive the same above error.

I have done some troubleshooting from Internet like creating local account, and same problem exists.
I have tried WSReset.exe with admin account and same problem exists.
I have tried command and same problem exists

I have tried Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter and I got the following problems:
Windows store configuration may be damaged.
Display adapter drivers might be out of date.
Service registration is missing or corrupt.
Windows store cache may be damaged.

Can someone help in above scenario?
