im running windows 8.1 and this problem has just come up somewhat recently.
I cannot move, group, pin, whatever any of my tiles. right clicking does nothing, and they simply wont move.
but i still can open my apps no problem.
i am not using a custom theme.
i have tries most of the options here: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials...ndows-8-a.html
except the last couple cuz that is a last resort for me.
does anyone know how i can fix this issue?
