so i decided to restore my laptop to its factory settings for a clean start, i was running windows 8.1 but it restarted back to windows 8. i tried to update back and it got 98% complete but then it said "failure to configure windows updates reverting changes do not turn off your computer" it will be like that for about half an hour until it restarts and then it just goes straight to trying to update and then the same error shows up it doesnt even let me get into the computer at all and its stuck in an ongoing reboot i dont know how to fix this can anyone help me please???!!!
