ASP.NET problems.

Hey Tech peeps, My name is Tanner and i have a pc with windows 8.1 and lately i have had a problem.. There is some thing on my computer called ASP.NET and it wont let me download anything, update anything and DELETE anything without a asp.net machine account password. And i have no idea what that password is. I did not create this password or account and i can't delete it because it needs a password to delete anything on the whole computer.computer. Im stuck because just to delete something it wants a password so i cant do anything. It has made its own administrative password and i cant do anything about it without the asp.net machine account password.Can't even do a java update or download any games :(
