windows 8 doens't boot after changing setting in msconfig

I'm having a problem with my laptop(TOSHIBA l755 with windows 8 64 bit).
I changed the options in msconfig.I change cores to 4 and then i restarted and the windows doesn't boot.
Any ideas are apreciated.
