For some reason my User folder says "gabby"

But I have made sure all my info says my actual name which is Stephanie. I went to the CP and went to user accounts and all say Stephanie and went to PC settings/Accounts/Users all says Stephanie and went to Microsoft account management online and it all says Stephanie so I have no clue why it says "gabby" when I go to C:/Users and I would like to change it to say Stephanie but I can't rename the folder because that's not an option, any help?
