Getting problem in Windows 8

Hi

I am using windows 8 previously my pc was having a problem of crashing after using some hours. Then after updating the or from windows 7 to windows 8 it got resolved but again recently it started .

Where I am getting a message called " The File Is Possibly Corrupt. The File Header Checksum Does Not Computed Checksum." . This message I am getting in black color . Now I want some help to solve this problem please anybody help me.

My system configuration is :

Amd phenom X2
Asus 78tm-lte
RAM 4 Gb
Hard Disk 500 GB


Please help me out to get the solution.
