Reloading Windows 7 In Dual Boot

I recently got some help in the forum and corrected a boot error on a dual boot system. I have Win 8 (C:\) as primary in the boot menu and Win 7 (D:\) as the secondary boot. It works fine when I choose either. However, Win 7 is messed up and I want to do a fresh Win 7 install on the Win 7 hard disc D:. I'm not sure how to do this and am worried about without wiping out Win 8 on the C:\ drive.
I gave it a shot and booted up the Win 7 disc and it gets to the Install Windows 7 with the repair computer option at the bottom.. There is no choice in drive at this stage and I am not sure if there is one after I hit install. I'm afraid that it may install over Win 8. So I exited the install to check.
Would appreciate some advice here. Is there a drive choice that comes after hitting the Install button for Win 7, or am I likely to wipe out the Win 8 drive?
Is there a different way of doing this that will allow me to select the Win 7 drive (D:\) without risk?
Thanks for helping out.
