I have windows 8 and have recently noticed a light blue square box with what looks like white sound waves randomly appearing and disappearing. It happens too quick for me to hover over said icon to see what it in the world it is or even to get a screen shot of it. Basically, I catch sight of it out of the corner of my eye and by the time I turn my focus on said icon it's already gone. Tried looking up the thing in my Task manager but there isn't anything that looks even close to what I saw, I've run my Anti virus but nothing seems to be wrong.. Any help with this is much appreciated,
