HiI have alienware 14.got it in mid 2014.Recently I installed windows 10 and it taking so much time to start.so I decided to.go.back to.windows 8.I copied my friends system image (alienware 14) to external hard disk thenthen I entered advanced settings and restored by using *image.But my wifi is not shown.so this time I choose d alienware respawn to restore.but *after restore is complete.my device stuck at start screen and wont even enter boot options,setup,diagnostics.it just shows the starting logo and no changes
