I've tried pretty much everything I could think of. I flushed and reregistered the dns. I tried resetting the ipv4 and ipv6. I tried using firefox, I tried an ethernet cable, I tried turning the router off for a good hour or two, I tried reinstalling chrome, I uninstalled Norton and all of its components, I tried reinstalling my AVG antivirus. And nothing. Verizon said that the internet was working on their end and then I called Microsoft and they redirected me to Toshiba. They said they could scan my computer for any malware or 3rd party software since safe mode with networking had no problem connecting. All I had to do was give them about 200 dollars to scan the computer for viruses. So can someone help? I've been having this problem for a good two weeks or so.
