I am really hoping someone here can help me as I have not been able to find my exact issue anywhere else.
What is happening is that whenever I log into my Windows 8 account, the screen turns blue and I cannot do anything. All I can see is the cursor.
Now I know that there is a blue screen of death but with those usually a message pops up. I am not getting any type of a message, just blank blue screen.
I have tried getting to safe mode but don't think I am doing it right. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 1526 and I upgraded to Windows 8.
What is the proper way to get my computer up and running?
