Can't get the instal disk to go (W732 - W864)

Hi guys,
I might be still missing something here:
The System info does say "32 bit" - does that mean it is LIMITED to that?
(I'm sure I was offered either W7 32 or W7 64 when I bought the machine)
Does this mean the M/Board is unable to use 64 bit???
If so, after all my weeks of getting my nerve up - it was wasted effort!
I can't simply software upgrade???

The official W8 Pro 64 Upgrade Disk doesn't wanna know......:mad:
