problem with administrator permissions in win8

Hi,
I have a problem with window 8

although I'm an admin in my system as the pic shows that below :






When I click right click no it appears that there's no option to create and thing but (new folder)
amd can not create a txt file as well :( as the image shows that below




and can not do many commands with cmd (not all commands) only commands which need admin permissions -as the pic shows below -





and when I copy a file in to any partition it appears this msg :





and when i try to run a program I have to right click on it and choose -Run as administrator -

please help me to be given a real permissions as built-in administrator
