I'm sure I'm not using the correct terms, but I goofed and need help to fix things.
When I set up my new computer, I gave peterinwa as the main username. Then I realized I had a problem.
All my files are backed up on the web under Users > Peter > My Documents. I could download them into peterinwa okay, but then when I went to back up my new computer it will think it had to back up everything in peterinwa... not knowing the files are the same as the ones in Peter that were already on the web.
So I created a folder in Users called Peter and put them in there.
The problem is that when I go to Library > Documents or Pictures or whatever it always takes me to peterinwa which is empty.
I can change the username peterinwa to Peter, but it only affects the name I see in Start. It doesn't really change anything.
Is there a way to actually change the main user peterinwa to Peter? If not I guess I'll just move all my files into peterinwa and I'll just have to back them all up to the web again when I run the first backup on my new computer.
Lordy, I hope that was clear!
Thank you, Peter
