Hi all. I tell you Hp is a horrible product one problem after the other. I have had a new Laptop to be replaced with another Hp Laptop that has wireless card issues and so I have been dealing with HP for four days. Well today He refreshed my whole laptop and told me I would not lose anything. Well I did I lost my web browser and the favorites along with other stuff.
Well I use to watch netflix's off the internet I like it better then the app. Now I have lost those settings and it is telling me install Silverlight. Well windows 8 does not use that. What the heck!!
How do I get my webpage to work with netflix's again. I downloaded the plugin in Firefox it did not work. I hate apps!! The set up is not as good as web page layouts.
