Hi, my mum has recently bought a lenovo g580 laptop, new, however it keeps on crashing and i'm assuming it is something to do with drivers needing to be updated as well as the usual stuff associated with new computers. However , when it crashes it comes up with your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. So after trying to update it using various methods, i thought about returning it to factory settings. It took around 2 1/2 hours to get it to 23% returned when it came back saying it couldn't return to factory settings. So it is now stuck, i can't turn it off because it keeps trying to repair itself, it won't automatically repair itself, any ideas? I cannot go onto main windows desktop to do anything, any ideas folks
