Internet Access but No Internet??

Hi,

My brand new Acer S7-391 laptop i driving me mad. It has Windows 8.

First, internet worked fine, until today. I use wireless internet. I had internet access on the laptop but couldn't go out on internet, it just won't load. Internet is working fine n my tablet, phone and other laptop.

I refreshed the computer and all my software dissapeared!! my Norton Anti Virus dissapeared (I paid a lot for it!!) and Microsoft Word etc (paid a lot for that as well!).

I'm starting to freak out completely because everything disappeared, and... still no internet on that laptop!

I've been trying to follow steps I found on different websites, restarting it a hundred times with different settings, safe boots etc. Nothing works. I've tried everything and I'm desperate.

Any help?
