I wish to reset my Toshiba laptop computer back to it`s original settings (factory settings), and start it over again.
However, my computer informs me it was unable to perform the task.
I clicked on "Settings", then "General" and then "Refresh your PC without affecting your files". This did not work.
I then clicked on "Settings", then "General", and then "Remove everything and re-install Windows"/ This did not work.
I really need to do the second option as i have no use for anything that`s on my computer anymore,but am unable to proceed.
