My laptop is an Acer V3-571 with Windows 8.It wouldn't download Windows Updates so I decided to do a Factory reset via Acer Recovery Management.It seems to be taking ages.After 3.5 hours,it is still at 45%.Is this normal to take as long.My Samsung laptop did it in about 25 minutes.
