Text to speech problem

Hi,

I am trying to set up my Text to Speech. In the CP the box is checked, it shows the 3 voices included in Win8 but when I click on any of the 3 a box appears and states: can not be played, Select another output device. I only have IDT HD audio codec on Speakers HP. It plays all other sound just fine. I am lost here on how to get it working.
