i have a 1 tb 6mg hp computer
i was trying to format a cd when it crashed i restarted it but all my aps have gone and its hard to get onto the internet becouse it wont find IE
i have tried to restore it but it just comes back the same
also in settings it wont let me open change pc settings
hope some one can help
