I have Dell Inspiron 14z, with windows 8 preinstalled.
I was unable to log onto HRBlock web site. When I called them, they said there is no problem with their web site; the tech rep said that she can access all its features on her computer. My I-explorer did not have any problems with some other web sites that I tested. However, I just noticed that my e-mail site looked different. Inbox was not there. I tried restoring the computer to an earlier point, the restore failed. I went to google email help. There was a tel no to call. I called that number thinking it is google. The rep asked for acess to computer to test. He said my computer has been hacked. It turned out that they are a third party, who wanted $190.00 to make my computer safe. I turned him down. I shall appreciate receving help on these issues.
