Windows 8 connection problems

I have recently installed Windows 8 on a dual booted Windows 7 comoputer and I need some help because down is 1 Mbps and up is 3.7 Mbps and normally its 25 dl and 3.6 up. My computer is a Lenovo ThinkCentre A70z all-in-one.
