Since purchasing a new HP laptop w/Windows 8, my email has been a nightmare.
My email provider is mail.com
I cannot click through any hyperlinks within email messages.
I cannot use the left-click selector as I could previously. Now, I have to use the right-click, which does not work as well as left-click.
I cannot insert any of the mail.com emoticons into my email messages.
My yahoo e-mail account works fine.
My mail.com account works fine on my old laptop.
I have contacted mail.com for help; they have only suggested that I clear cookies--which hasn't solved my problems.
I am desperate for help on this one :eek:
