Superfetch disabled but still runs

Hi, i have an issue with my Lenovo K450 rusning Win 8.1 64 bit.
It has the 100% disk usage bug and when i disable Superfetch in Services and reboot, it shows me that Superfetch is disabled but it still runs?


When i try to stop it, it gives me error 1053, and I cannot stop it.

Any help would be nice, thanks.
