Hi everyone, just joined the forum (to ask for some help rather than answer questions sadly) on a relatively new install Windows 8.1. However, whenever I open my taskbar on an open program, the color in the background is a deep shade of blue that makes it hardly visible, is there any way to fix this? This only happens on programs (chrome, steam, etc). When I click the taskbar normally, all is fine though. Any way to fix this? Help is much appreciated. First picture shows the problem, the second one highlights how when clicked on the open area of the taskbar its fine.
