BSoD - Driver Power State Failure after waking from sleep mode.

I'm using a Lenovo Y50 running Windows 8.1. This issue has been happening every now and then for the past week or so. I noticed it occurs briefly after waking the computer from sleep mode. I can get to the desktop but about a minute after waking, the laptop will freeze up and give me a blue screen saying it was a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I'm assuming this error has to do with some driver, but I don't know how to figure out which driver is the one causing the issue. I looked in Device Manager and can't find any yellow exclamation marks pointing out issues.
