Difficutly with Hardware showing

I'm so glad I found you. I just purchased a HP Pavilion 23 all-in-one. When I go to Device Manager, I see everything such as sound card, dvd drive (Optical drive) I see I have a 500 gig hard drive with 411 gig available. However, I am applying for an at home job and when I scan my computer with their software next to all of options it is reading "Cound not Detect"

I downloaded and ran Speccy, that brought up a couple things. Oh and it also doesn't see my RAM. I know just enough about computers to get me in trouble, however this is out of my league.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
