cant refresh, restore, repair, or get to my desktop

Woke up this morning and when I start up my computer(windows 8) it starts to go into repair mode after I put my bios password in???? Got my stumped here guys!! I dont want to loose some of my files so I tried to refresh, but it failed!! I tried to repair serveral times but it fails. I went into adnaced mode so I can go back to a certain restore point but it shows none!! I tried to go back to a image but it says I have none!! What the heck!! I dont want to reset/restore it bc I dont want to lose files, pics, and programs I paid for bc I downloaded most my programs and dont have the discs...I really dont like windows 8:down: Any Ideas I can get from the windows 8 crew here:D

PS. I even tried safe mode along with all the other ones that I have within my other options..
