Very annoying

Hello, I am brand new in here, and if this is a dumb question I apologize. I am running Windows 8 and have had the following problem for about a year. I can easily receive e-mails with 5 to 10 photos and pictures etc. When I forward those e-mails I get the following message.

One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?

The photos and pics definitely do not go, I have confirmed that.
HELP please.
