I have a workstation installed with OS windows 8.1 and it is member of domain controller. I am able to open inetmanager in win 8.1 as domain administrator. whereas workstation user unable to open iis services using command inetmgr. the error message is showing inetmgr can access only with administrator account. Please help me out about how to assign the permissions to user account to open iis manger using ingetmgr command? (but due to security reasons i have to provide the permissions only for that particular application).
