I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I can't open the store. I tried clicking an email link in Internet Explorer and it asked me to find an app for it in the store. When I clicked on it, it brought up an error message that said "This app failed to launch because of an issue with its license. Please try again in a moment." I tried refreshing and it didn't work. I can't reinstall Windows because the PC Settings won't open either. I've uninstalled everything I've installed and it's still not working. Help? :mad:
