Whenever I open the start menu, then hit the arrow to fully open it where I can see all of my programs, the start menu will crash and send me back to the beginning start menu. This had never happened before I got the reserve Windows 10 message. (Also, whenever I try to open the reserve Windows 10 program it crashes.) My computer is up-to-date with Windows updates, my graphics card is updated, and I have run an anti-virus scan that was clean (besides a couple of tracking cookies). This happens whenever I am boot into safemode, or am in normal mode. I am including my systems info below.
