Websites always take me back to the main page.
A hashtag # appears after the web address and I'm taken back to the main page. Also instead of popups appearing on the page the page turns into a popup.
By the way I'm not ruling out somebody living close to me causing things to be like this
1. This happens when I go to any website. The only exceptions I think are youtube google and hotmail
2. I currently use Google Chrome. This has happened Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox too
3. I'm not sure whether or not I removed a program before or after I had the Hashtag problems but I removed a program that had "Camera" in its name
