My laptop is running at about 100% disk use all the time. I've disabled uneccsesary startup items and stopped unecesary services all with no effect. Have updated and run Malwarebytes, Super Antispyware, and CCleaner all of which do not help or show viruses that I can tell. Where do I start in figuring out what is wrong? I'm a power user and run multiple programs at a time and lots of web tabs but even when I ONLY have windows live mail or any one single program open at a time it runs like this with frequent crashes.
