I have an some IP cameras connected to a router via RJ45 Ethernet cable. The router is NOT connected to the internet.
The Ethernet connection works perfectly on my windows 7 system, but is not recognized on the windows 8.1 system.
Any idea on why this happens on Windows 8.1 and how to correct it?
