I keep getting the "com surrogate not working" error whenever I try to look at a picture in Windows 8.1. I have tried a few fixes (disable DEP for dllhost.exe), but I am still getting the error. I am trying to avoid doing the "refresh your PC" thing if I do not have to. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you!
