So I reinstaled windows to fix multiple problems that I was to lazy & stupid to diagnose but after doing that my speakers / headphones stopped working. I've tested if my hardware is the problem and they do work on other devices. What I'm finding the most interesting is that the green bar is jumping in sound (control panel -> sound). I also ran the window's own diagnosis program which found nothing wrong with my computer.
