I just bought a Toshiba notebook, with Windows 8. On the desk top, a white rectangular box appears in the center of the screen. How do I resolve this issue ? A added note : Since I bought the machine, which was a week ago, I have not shut the computer off. It goes into sleep mode after I use it. Could that be a issue causing the white box ?
