Wake-up related BSOD (Watchdog) on Lenovo L440 with Windows 8.1

Hi, I started having weird after-wake up BSODs (bugcheck: 0x00000133) last week. I don't recall installing or udpating any software (other than Windows update) nor changing hardware configuration.

The BSODs are not regular and don't happen after every wake up, just circa every second third. It seems that they're slightly more likely to happen more times in a row but other than that there doesn't seem to be any way to predict them. Once a BSOD happened during normal use and not immediately after wake up (was about 2 mins after wake up).

The exact way they occur is following: Laptop gets waken up, is normally responsive for about 1-4 seconds, freezes, and after variying amount of time (sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes) fall into BSOD.

Event viewer (system logs) doesn't show anything with the exception of some printer-related problems that have - however -timespamp indicating that they-re after-crash problems. There're no System logs with timestamp in between wake up and crash and the after-reboot ones doesn't provide any useful information.

The laptop runs Windows 8.1 x64 with Ubuntu in dualboot which seems to be unaffected (can't say for sure, don't use it as much).
