Windows Store will not show

Hi,

When I open the windows store it flashes on the screen and then runs minimised. There seems to be nothing I can do to maximise it. The application runs fine on other accounts, but not mine. I have tried changeing to a local account then back to the window account. I have run sfc /scannow which originally threw up an error but then I ran sfcfix which fixed it. I am running norton av which I have turned off.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
