Hi everyone. I have a Windows 8.1 notebook which had everything running on it fine before. Recently I tried to run this program I ran before (MangaMeeya version 7.4), it used to work just fine but now the mouse scrolls UP and RIGHT constantly and I can't control it. This happened before on another program (I forget because I just exited out). Has anybody had an issue like this before? I know I can just get a new version of this MangaMeeya but I want to know why it went from working to this odd scrolling. Thank you in advance.
