PC Issues

I've been having issues with my Dell PC. I often have to click an icon (my favorites icon, for example) to get it to work. When I click the back button on my browser, it takes me back 2 pages. If I click on something in a pulldown menu, in Facebook particularly, it clicks on whatever is behind the pulldown menu.


The issues are not all internet related. If I click on a file on my desktop, or if I click on a tool in an Adobe product such as Illustrator, it often does not respond as it should.


Any thoughts?
