My laptop came with Windows 8.0 so I recently downloaded 8.1. Every few hours, I get a big blue banner saying I need to finish installing 8.1 and gives me the option of doing it now, or a few hours later. Problem is that when I click on now - which I have done several times - it takes over my computer for several hours yet it doesn't ever finish installing 8.1 because I am still on 8.0 and the banner keeps popping up. What can I do? This is really frustrating.
