Could Not Find Recovery Environment

Hello and I hope everyone had a nice new year.

First off, my computer has been getting a :( face (AKA: BSOD) for 3 days. I called HP and told them about the situation and sent a flash drive but its not here.
Then, when I try to restore my computer, It doesn't like the way I set it up (See attachments). I don't know what to do next but to return it back to Walmart. Anyway, I got this for Christmas.

Oh and by the way, heres my information since this is brand new!
