My friend cannot remember his password and before I got ahold of his HP to help him, he really messed something up. I cannot go into the advanced startup options and do anything without it asking me for his password. The part I'm really confused about is on the windows login he has his name but instead of a microsoft account, he has a gmail account. Microsoft says I cannot sign in and go to account live to reset but thats not working either.
He has apprx 4000 photos that I moved to his onedrive account. If I completly do a factory reset will I loose all of his pictures. I cannot even get past trying to go to command prompt without it wanting his password. Please help!!
