Hi...I have a Gateway laptop ...running Windows 8...my touchpad is not working and my Microsoft Office Programs are not working...when I try to use them it says they are installing and then it comes up that my system is configured for them... I have found only one article on help ...and it really didn't do much..it is suppose to be a click to launch fixture complication... PLEASE HELP... I do not want to totally restore my system... I appreciate it in advance... :)
